AUSTIN — Two men are dead after a shooting outside a Travis County strip club.
Sheriff’s spokesman Roger Wade says deputies were called to the Pink Monkey Cabaret about early Monday morning and found two men who had been shot. One man died at the scene and the other at a local hospital.
Wade says witnesses and others who may have been involved in the shooting were being interviewed Monday. None of the people involved have been identified.

Memorial Day is off to a deadly start after two men are shot outside an Austin strip club.
The shooting happened early Monday morning outside the Pinky Monkey Strip Club located in the 9700 block of Reservoir Court.
Travis County spokesperson Roger Wade tells KXAN Austin they responded to a shots fired call around 3:17 a.m. When they arrived on the scene, they found one person dead and another person injured.
That person was taken to Brackenridge where he later died. 
The motive for the shooting is unclear, but deputies have two suspects in custody.
KXAN has a crew heading to the scene and we’ll update this story as the information becomes available.

The future of the east 11th and 12th street corridors made for standing room only at a Town Hall meeting Wednesday night at the Carver Library in East Austin.  
Neighbors, business owners and developers met with city of Austin staffers who showcased dozens of artists renderings of future changes to the area.
“We’re going to take the information that we got here today and we’re going to go back and in kind of a collaborative fashion with each of the three organizations and figure out what we should do with the information and really try to improve upon the process that we have in place and make the best of what we have left to do,” said Sean Garretson, with the Urban Renewal Agency, one of the sponsors of Wednesday’s town hall.
East 11th and 12th streets have a history of crime including murder, drug issues and prostitution.

The silence is finally broken. Jesse James will appear on ABC’s Nightline, airing on Tuesday. The tattooed biker sat down for the first time to speak out about his cheating on wife Sandra Bullock.
According to the New York Post, James will answer questions on what made him cheat on Bullock with stripper Michelle “Bombshell” McGee. He also reportedly had affairs with four other women.
With a slight laugh, he said that he’s probably the most hated man in the world right now. He said the bad publicity, especially since it came right after Bullock’s Oscar win, has turned his name from James to Mud.
At one point in the promo clip, James bursts out in tears. He chokes up and asks for a break. When asked if he cheated on his wife, James simply replies with a “Yup.”

Jesse James is back on the news, crying and feeling sorry for himself. He now realizes that by cheating on Sandra Bullock he ruined the best relationship he ever had, with the most supportive and loving wife ever and he is now feeling the pain. Oh and he doesn’t really like being hated by America either.
C’mon Jesse James- like so many other people are saying, would you have been crying if Sandra Bullock had never found out. It’s not like he was only sleeping with one other woman. There were many of them and some of the relationships only ended when he got outed by the press.
I wonder how long his sorrow will last and how much time he will put into wooing Sandra Bullock back before he moves on to the next tattooed stripper.
