Now police are searching for the 17-year-old suspect, Jose Alejandro Romero, who they say picked up a prostitute and then tried to rob the Speedy Stop gas station on East 51st Street when they ran out of crack.

“The actual suspect, Romero, went to pick up a prostitute – a transgender prostitute, according to that person,” said Senior Police Officer Veneza Aguiñaga, with Austin Police Department. “They went to smoke crack together. When they ran out of crack, he (Romero) went looking for more money.”

Police interviewed the prostitute who was with Romero but have not filed charges. Investigators found Romero’s truck with caulking still in the truck bed, but no sign of Romero. They say it’s a lesson on how desperate people can get when under the influence.

Jose Alejandro Romero, 17, is charged with aggravated robbery after police said he went into the Speedy Stop Gas Station at 1660 E. 51st St. just after 4 a.m. and demanded cash.
The clerk initially thought it was a joke because even though he said Romero was holding the caulking gun under his shirt, he told police he could tell it was not real. Still, Romero reportedly continued to yell and became more agitated, scaring the clerk.
The clerk said he was having problems opening the cash register, making Romero increasingly mad. That’s when Romero allegedly hit the clerk with the caulking gun.
However, the clerk was able to spook Romero off when he ran into him with a garbage can, which police said caused Romero to flee without any property or cash.
The man in the dress allegedly served as the getaway driver and told police he is a transient and prostitute.

Turns out Devon James’ mother was right, she’s a crazy liar. Porn star files paternity papers against Tiger Woods

Porn star Devon James, a former mistress of Tiger Wood’s, has filed a paternity action against him in which she alleges that he is the father of her nine-year-old son.
The former prostitute filed the papers at Manatee County, Florida.
In terms thereof James is reported to be asking a judge to determine the paternity of Austin T Brinling. This after allegedly filing the action under her legal name, Melinda Jannette.
According to documents attached to the petition and obtained by TMZ, the legal action is designed to “establish paternity, parental responsibility, time-sharing, and/or child support of a minor child or children.” The document goes on: “This means that you are trying to legally establish who is the father of the child.”

On Dec. 11, 2009, Woods admitted marital infidelity and announced he was taking an indefinite leave from golf to focus on his marriage. Woods has been linked to more than a dozen mistresses, according to several worldwide media sources. A five-month hiatus, which included seven weeks of therapy, ended with his appearance at the Masters in April.

The former prostitute has now filed a legal claim against Woods demanding he undergo a paternity test.

She claims she told him about the child three years ago when Woods hired her and another woman for sex at  £1,350 a night.
But Woods refused to meet his son, she claims.
Now she has asked a judge in Manatee County, Florida, to determine the paternity of Austin T.
