Austin Adult Entertainment: Two Year Cocaine Investigation Ends
Rogers said Amador received between 10 to 20 kilos of cocaine every week. The deliveries were made to his ranch in Caldwell County. FBI investigators also tapped his phone line, which helped them receive a search warrant.
“We went onto the ranch and found a garage that was used for the sole purpose of receiving, cutting and repackaging cocaine,” said Rogers.
APD showed the media the 22 kilos of cocaine seized from Amador’s ranch during a press conference on Wednesday. Members from several law enforcement agencies were on hand for the conference.
“When you all look at that dope, it’s 22 kilos. That’s just a faction of what these police officers and agents took off the streets,” said Acevedo. “That represents hundreds of thousands of people hooked on drugs by these criminals that they go out and steal, prostitute themselves and reek havoc in our neighborhoods.”
