AUSTIN (KXAN) – A dancer at an Austin gentleman’s club was offered crack cocaine in exchange for a lap dance early Sunday morning, police said.
It happened around 4 a.m. Sunday morning at XTC Men’s Club off Andtree Boulevard.
A bouncer says he escorted Ricardo Luna, 26, out of the club after he made the offer. At that point, an arrest affidavit shows, Luna kicked the bouncer and started screaming racial slurs.
Luna, according to the bouncer, was highly intoxicated.
Travis County Sheriff’s Deputies came out and arrested Luna on suspicion of public intoxication. Deputies said Luna refused to get into the squad car and they told him they would use a stun gun on him if he did not cooperate.
